Event Security Services specializes in Student Group Travel in Central Florida and is a proud member of the Student Youth Travel Association. Unlike other security companies, our security officers are trained in not only standard security operations but also trained in hospitality, many of which are Certified Lodging Security Officers by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
By combining these training functions, the Event Security Services, LLC team provides your company the peace of mind you, your clients, and parents require while students are away from home during overnight lodging, school field trips, performing on stage or competing in sporting competitions.
All of our officers have completed a minimum of state required 40 hours of security training, First Aid/CPR and AED certification in order to detect, deter, defend your clients or event. In addition to our professionally trained officers, our supervisors have also completed the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Special Events Contingency Planning for Public Safety Agency training. A Certified Autism Travel Professional is also on staff for groups or individuals who may have special needs.
Standard feature: Event Security Services conducts “advance work” to include a location visit, introduction to management and on-site security personnel (if any), review of building floor diagrams in case of emergency evacuation, list of emergency phone contacts, location of closest hospital and emergency room.

Unarmed Uniformed Security
Depending on your group lodging or performance or sporting event location, uniformed security may be your best option. As mentioned above, our licensed security officers meet the basic security needs for most student groups for lodging hallway watch by providing overnight static and/or property patrols. Officers are uniformed or may be plain-clothed if requested, based on the needs of the client.
Unarmed Plain Clothed Security
Based on the needs of your group, event, or location, plain-clothed officers are available to perform the same duties as our unformed officers but less of a visual deterrent and more of a surveillance and protective role.
Executive Protection
Our Executive Protection Specialists are some of the best trained and experienced in the industry. Each of our Executive Protection Security Agent completed an additional 40 hours of training. Additional training may include hostile surveillance and traveler safety, WMD/Terrorism Awareness for Emergency Responders. Many of our Executive Protection Security Agents have worked assignments in Iraq, Afghanistan on Personal Security Details and have a military background.
